Our brother and sister-in-law, Johnathon and Izzy, are facing an unimaginable loss after an electrical fire destroyed their home. The fire started in the kitchen while they were out running errands, and by the time they returned after the fire department's call, their home was severely damaged—turning their world upside down. Not only did they lose all of their belongings, but they also suffered the heartbreaking loss of their five beloved cats and their bernedoodle, Whiskey. Their other dog is still receiving care at the animal hospital, and the house is currently boarded up until inspectors can further assess.

Johnathon and Izzy are young newlyweds who have always worked hard to build a life together. Johnathon is still working his way through college, and this tragedy has left them with nothing but uncertainty.
