If you know John Young then you know he is a caring, kind, and thoughtful man. He is a devoted husband to Andrea and father to their son Dean. He is a faithful countryman and veteran Marine who is passionate about his family and faith. He is a beloved son, uncle, brother and unwavering friend.

He and his family need our help!

John was critically injured in a tragic accident on September 9th when his work trailer exploded causing a fire that gave him second and third degree burns over 50% of his body. He was immediately life-flighted to UC Davis Burn Center where he is currently in stable but touch-and-go condition. It is estimated that he will spend at a minimum 2-3 months at the burn center, with an unknown amount of surgeries, skin grafts, and procedures needed.

John's business was the primary income for the family. Now Andrea, their son Dean, and Dean's grandparents face monetary hardships for the foreseeable future. We don't know yet how long John will be in recovery or when he may be able to work again.

This accident couldn't have come at a worse time for the Young family who were evacuated from their home at the time of the accident due to the Davis Fire in NV.

Your loving support of donations will be used to help the Young family with daily food and living expenses, travel to and from the hospital, and medical bills. Helping them reach their goal will be appreciated more than words can express. We currently don't know the full extent of the monetary needs for the family, but we can start by supporting them with anything we can give right now.
