I've been without a day job since February of last year. I've kept afloat through unemployment, rental assistance, the occasional freelance job, art commissions (which are continuing), and the kindness of friends and family. But after my car got towed late last month, I'm afraid I'm at a crisis point once again. My rental office is threatening eviction unless I can give them at least two months' worth of rent ASAP. I can't afford to wait until I get regular work once again. I need money, and I need it FAST. So I'm asking from the bottom of my heart: WHATEVER you can comfortably contribute will go a long way towards helping me. $5, $20, whatever amount you won't miss. Believe me; it adds up.

And just to be 100% transparent about this, I set up another GoFundMe before, which was very helpful. I decided to start a new one to make it clear that I'm starting from scratch here.

Let me be clear: I absolutely HATE doing this. It's humiliating and embarrassing as hell. It took me the better part of two days to work up my courage to post this. But when the choice is sacrifice your pride or potentially be homeless, it's not much of a choice.
