As a close family friend, I have created a GoFundMe to assist with unexpected hospital expenses for John Swinford. John was involved in a tragic accident requiring back surgery. Unfortunately, the break in his neck is inoperable. Surgeons were able to insert eight screws in his lower back, and he must wear a c-collar for several months.
