Hi, my name is Chelsea, and I’m raising funds for my dad, John Robinson—an amazing, strong, and incredibly hard-working man who means everything to our family.

On January 27, 2026, our lives changed in an instant. My dad slipped and fell on ice, hitting his head. He laid outside for nearly an hour before someone finally stopped to help him. As a result of this devastating accident, my dad suffered a severe spinal cord injury and is now paralyzed from the neck down.

He is currently undergoing surgery on January 28, 2026, and doctors have told us he faces a long and uncertain road to recovery. At this time, it’s unknown whether he will regain any function. What we do know is that he will be hospitalized for at least six months, followed by extensive rehabilitation, specialized care, and significant medical expenses.

My dad has always been the kind of person who works hard, shows up for others, and never asks for help. Asking now is incredibly difficult—but our family needs support to get through this overwhelming time.
