Help My Husband Recover from Heel Infection & Torn Achilles Tendon

Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out to ask for help during one of the most difficult times our family has faced. My husband is currently battling a serious infection in his heel, along with a torn Achilles tendon — a painful and dangerous combination that has left him unable to walk, work, or take care of daily tasks.

What started as a small sore on his heel quickly turned into a severe infection. Despite our best efforts, it spread fast and now requires aggressive medical treatment, including the possibility of surgery and long-term wound care.

On top of that, he suffered a torn Achilles tendon, making the situation even more complicated and painful. He now faces a long recovery that will likely involve surgery, physical therapy, and months of being unable to walk or work.

We are doing everything we can, but the medical bills are piling up — ER visits, imaging, antibiotics, wound care, consultations with specialists, and now orthopedic care for the tendon injury. With him unable to work and expenses continuing to grow, we’re at a point where we need to ask for help.

We’re raising funds to help cover:

Medical bills and doctor visits

Surgery and treatment for both the infection and torn tendon

Medications, wound care supplies, and physical therapy

Basic living expenses while he’s out of work
