help john pay for his dental surgery

Hey guys my name is Paloma, John’s girlfriend. On Saturday we were on the boat enjoying the day and John had flipped on the jetski and hit his face on the steering wheel, which is where he bit through under his lip and broke his canine tooth. He is still in a lot pain because the nerve is sticking out of his tooth and there is not much to do for a temporary solution. We're looking for a good dental surgeon or a place that is affordable but everything is costing up to 5k-8k so I would like to ask for some help if possible because unfortunately he does not have dental insurance.
