Help John Heal: A Family in Need

This is John Lester, husband, father, and grandfather. On September 11th, he was in a bad wreck. He was airlifted to Medical City Plano where he is having to be fully sedated. His injuries include several cracked ribs, a shattered ankle, a torn tendon in his neck that's causing them to have to fuse his neck, which will cause him to lose a lot of range of motion in his neck because one wrong move could kill him. He has bruised lungs and heart, and a small bleed on his brain that is having to be constantly monitored. He has had to be put on a ventilator with full oxygen and has several meds to help regulate his blood pressure. As of today, September 17th, he is still fully sedated and having to be put on ECMO.

His wife Lynette has not left his side, but with her being physically unable to work and John being the family's sole provider, bills are still piling up. Just because he's in the hospital doesn't mean they stop. With him being on ECMO, they are being a pain about letting Lynette stay with him. She is needing money to help pay medical bills, motel stays, and food to get the family through this difficult time.
