Helping get John Home and with Recovery Expenses

My brother, John Anderson was in a bad car accident on July 15, 2021 while on vacation in Michigan. He has a fractured L1 and will be in the hospital for a little while. I am setting this up to help them with accommodations, food, medical expenses and regular expenses while he is out of work and recovering. Your prayers for a quick and painless recovery would be appreciated.

Day 8-9: Though we’ve had a wonderful trip here in Traverse City for the past week, yesterday has been the scariest day for me and the kids…

My husband was in a car accident yesterday, T boned on the passenger side with the car who hit him going 55mph. The van ended up in a ditch and we soon discovered after a MRI, he has a compound fracture on his L1.

Today, thank you Jesus, we found out that he will NOT need surgery! He was fitted for a brace and has already been able to sit up in the bed, chair and walk the halls with it on with little pain (granted he is on meds to keep it under control)! God has been good and faithful!

God has sent so many angels around us over these past 2 days taking care of us all. We are so grateful to the people we’ve rented the cottage from and the people there staying have been a Godsend through this entire process!

At the scene of the accident, a witness by the name of Mark, came to John and stayed with him until emergency services arrived.

To all our family, friends, church family and our new “adopted” TC families, your love and support has helped us so much and we cannot thank you enough from the bottom of our hearts!

Next step is getting him home safe and sound and begin the healing process…
