It is with heavy hearts that we share John’s passing. A kind and generous soul, John was a proud organ donor, continuing to help others even after his time with us has ended. As his family navigates this incredibly difficult moment, we ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers. The financial burden of laying a loved one to rest can be overwhelming, and any support to ease this burden is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your kindness during this time of loss. We are reaching out to our community to help raise funds for John Edwards and his family during an incredibly challenging time. Shortly after enjoying a beautiful Thanksgiving with family and friends, John suddenly fell critically ill. His condition has worsened rapidly, and he is currently in the ICU after suffering multiple strokes and other serious complications. Despite the difficult prognosis, we are holding onto hope for a miracle and are asking for your support.

John and his wife Melissa are beloved members of our local community. John has been an invaluable youth sports coach, inspiring countless young athletes, and both he and Melissa have been part of the Boston Whaler family for many years as well as Publix and Edgewater Powerboats. John's kindness, easy-going nature, and strong work ethic have earned him the admiration of all who know him.

As John fights for his life, we are also looking to ease the financial burden on his family. Medical bills are mounting, and future expenses will only continue to rise. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly to John and Melissa to help cover medical costs and other needs during this difficult time.
