Help Jack Dugan save truck

Jack Dugan is a 37 year man with the biggest heart. No one is a stranger to him. He would give his shirt off his back or his last nickel to someone in need. Well unfortunately the tides have turn now he needs help. He just found out he has stage 4 cancer in his esophagus. liver, and chest. The doctors have said they can't operate on it to take it out but are optimistic about it with chemo therapy.  This is a very sad case to someone who don't deserve it. I'm asking people to help him out to save his truck and help with everyday bills for he can not work. If anyone needs it right now he does. I would greatly appreciate any thing people would offer.
