Butterfly is a cinematic fashion photography project that explores memory, identity, and transformation. Told through a series of chapters, each narrative constructs a distinct visual world where style, character, and storytelling converge. Rooted in the concept of metamorphosis, the project reflects on how personal history, cultural heritage, and self-exploration shape our evolving sense of self—blending reflection and creative expression to reveal identity as fluid, not fixed.

Chapter One: Wolf Amongst the Sheep—the first instalment for which I am seeking funding—draws inspiration from The Westies of Manhattan, my love for the 1990s aesthetic, and the Italian diaspora. These influences share a spirit of self-expression through fashion as a form of pride and defiance. This chapter will merge these cultural and personal references into a narrative fashion sequence that channels memory, nostalgia, and cinematic storytelling to expand my artistic vision and professional portfolio.

How Your Support Will Be Used

To bring Wolf Amonst the Sheep to life, I will be collaborating with companies and professionals in a way that mirrors a commercial editorial shoot. This includes:

• Styling & Props: Costume and prop houses for outfits and jewellery rentals.

• Vehicles: Period specific rentals.

• Talent: Models and casting.

• Creative: Stylists and makeup artists.

This project will allow me to showcase my artistic vision and personal style while simultaneously giving me the opportunity to create a collective portfolio and a cohesive body of work that I can present to agencies, brands, and clients. My aim is to use this portfolio as a foundation to launch my career as a professional fashion photographer.
