For those of you who don't know, in 2018 my uncle John Butler was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer that spread to his liver. After a long battle, he has been in remission for 6 years. This week he was not feeling well and went to the emergency room and found out he had a cancerous tumor in his brain. While recovering from brain surgery, we were told that the cancer spread and he has been diagnosed with metastatic colonic andenocarcinoma stage 4. He has an additional tumor on his brain and a mass on his lung. The doctor has given him 6 to 12 months to live with treatment. Uncle John has served our community in Law Enforcement for 48 years. While he is now out of work, I am calling on all my family, friends and community to consider donating to assist with their expenses during this difficult time.
