Help John Be by Tammy's Side in ICU

I'm John. My wife Tammy is in ICU 2hrs from home. She's on life support due to flu, pneumonia, kidney failure, and a spot of her lung has died due to bacterial infection. We have been together for 12 years. I've done my best to always take care of her. We moved to the Nevada desert during covid to keep her safe. Our car crapped out on us, costing me my business. Now I have no income, I'm driving a borrowed vehicle, I need to be by her side everyday. I need help getting fuel to get there and home. Help getting food for our dogs and diesel fuel for the heater. I do whatever work I can find but with no vehicle of my own I'm really limited. My wife is my whole world. She's always been there for me and I owe her the same. Please donate if you can.
