Hello, my name is John Halton and I am 63 years old, I recently lost my job were I worked for 10 years. I don't have any savings or retirement and am almost out of money, I only have enough to last through the end of May and after that will not be able to pay rent or other bills, I have applied for many jobs but am getting no response. I live alone and none of my family members or friends can afford to help me, if I don't find work quickly I will lose my apartment and all my belongings and be homeless. I have never faced this possibility before and am extremely worried. I never though I would have to ask for help from strangers and am embarassed and humbled to think of doing so but here I am.

In 3 years I will be able to collect full Social Security benefits and with part time work will be able to survive but right now am desperate for help.

I have always been responsible, held a job and paid my bills on time and for the last 2 months have been able to cover my expences but that money is almost gone. The truck I own is 25 years old and has 300,000 miles on it and needs work.

I just don't know what to do at this point so I'm asking if anyone can please help me with a donation to avoid ending up homeless, any amount will be appreciated and as soon as I can find employment I will refund any donations I don't need.

This is not a scam, I am being totally honest.

I am asking for $2400-4000 to survive until I can find work again and as I said, once I am working again I will return any donations I don't need.
