My name is Amy Poulin. This fundraiser is for my brother Joff and his family. Joff was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer in September. I am looking to raise funds for the associated costs with this unbelievably difficult diagnosis. Joff and Jenna have a 10 year old son and a 3 year old daughter.

Joff will not be returning to work. I am hoping to lessen the load and send some love and support their way.
