Help Joey's Mom Get Urgent ICU Care

My name is Joey and My mom in the Philippines was taken to the hospital last night, she was having a stroke. My little sister called me and told me the news of what's happening with our mom. The hospital there will not admit my mom to ICU till we pay for the required downpayment of 100k Philippine Peso or $2000 US dollars.

I haven't seen my mom since 1997, and my kids are yet to meet their grandma. She's badly diabetic and so am I, but most times she does not take medications simply because there's no money available for it.
