Hi, my name is Joey and I am pursuing gender-affirming top surgery. I have wanted this for so long and now, finally, everything is aligning! I am a part-time student and freelance worker in arts/film/tv in LA. With insurance, most of the cost of the surgery will be covered, but I will have to be out of work for around 3-4 weeks due to my job requiring heavy lifting. This money will help me cover, rent, utilities, food, gas and bills while I am recovering so that I can focus on resting and getting back to work as soon as possible.
