Help Joey March DCI!

Hi! My name is Joey! I am a 17 (almost 18) year old from Tulsa, Oklahoma! I am getting ready to graduate from Union High School this month! Recently, I have signed a contract with Zephyrs Drum and Bugle Corps. DCI is a marching group consisting of brass instruments, percussion instruments, electronic instruments, and color guard. I play the quad drums, which are also often referred to as “Tenors”. Playing drums has been my grounding, a passion which I’ve fed my entire life. I practically have lived at my high school due to how much I practice. Drumming is about the pursuit of perfection, and I love chasing it. Whenever I’m having a rough day, it’s always what cheers me up or gets me into a better mood. Over the course of this season, I will gain so much knowledge as well as be able to travel AND perform in places like The Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. I am super grateful to be able to have this opportunity as I’ve worked so hard this past year to find a home this DCI season.
