Help Joey Get New Teeth

So, this is embarrassing, but it's come to this. I've had dental problems all my life. Ask anyone who knows me, there's a good chance they've seen me in agony because of my mouth. It came to a head a few months ago when I went to a dentist and was told six of my teeth needed to be extracted. A trio of surgeries later, and now I have holes in my mouth that need to be taken care of. The only options are dentures, which are expensive and not a good look for a 32 year old, or implants. The latter is what's been recommended for me and what I'm pursuing. Four of the six teeth are being replaced, with the other two being wisdom teeth I'm just leaving alone. Three of the four are simple surgeries and procedures, albeit expensive. The fourth requires an extra surgery and a bone graph. That alone is almost a $4,000 series of procedures. All in, it's going to cost close to $10,000. Insurance will not cover it. When I sought a doctor's opinion to see about insurance, I instead found out I have diabetes, which is a whole separate life expense draining my wallet.
I've looked into more writing gigs, but as a freelancer in an overstuffed industry, they're hard to come by. I substitute teach on the side already but as I'm not a teacher, I'm limited to only a maximum of 40 days a year. Moderating Q&A's are sporadic, so money is pretty tight. So, I turn to literally the kindness of strangers.
Whatever you can spare would be greatly appreciated. My first surgery is in April and I'm hoping this can at least put a dent into the cost. Between food, travel to and from screenings/work, and paying off my student loans, which are in the $25,000 range, this added cost is crippling me. At the same time, if nothing gets done, the remaining teeth in my mouth shift and cause further damage, leading to more expense. Rock...meet hard place. So, again, I turn to you all. Hopefully this works. Just know I'm forever grateful for anything you choose to give.
