My son is currently facing a very difficult time in his life. Joey is in jail and needs help to get out. He has been accused of things he did not do by his vengeful ex, who does not want to share custody of their daughter. Joey has been fighting for custody or visitation with his daughter since January and finally, on April 29th, got court-ordered visitation. His ex filed these false allegations with the DA during the custody battle, and they did not go through until the day after he went to court for custody. Warrants were put out for his arrest, and not even four hours after they were signed, they arrested Joey while he was at a Jack in the Box getting food. He had his best friend, his dog Damon, with him, and after they pulled him from the car and had him in handcuffs, they shot his dog right in front of him. Joey needs your help because he already lost his best friend and needs to fight these allegations to clear his name, so he does not lose his daughter too. As a result, he is facing serious charges and is in jail. These false allegations have turned our world upside down, and we are doing everything we can to support him as he fights to clear his name. The situation has been incredibly stressful for our entire family, especially for his young daughter, who misses her father dearly.

We are raising funds to help cover the mounting legal fees required to defend him in court, as well as the mandated payments to his bail agent that are necessary for him to get out of jail and stay out so he can fight these allegations. The legal process is expensive and emotionally draining, but we are determined to stand by him and make sure he has the best possible defense.
