Help Joey fight Brain Cancer

l would like to introduce you to Joey Belles. Joey is the son of Joe and Denise Belles and brother to Lauren.
Growing up Joey loved trains, especially Thomas the Tank Engine. He loved building things from Legos and playing Minecraft. Joey is now a normal 13 year old boy who loves to cook for his family, run track and cross country, and playing Fortnite with his friends. He loves Star Wars, Walking Dead, The Avengers and anything Penn State. He normally spends his time hanging out with his family and dog Cooper. In the Fall, he was looking forward to playing football for his school.
On Tuesday, June 11, 2019 Joey was diagnosed with Pineoblastomia, a rare and aggressive brain tumor. Instead of playing football next Fall, Joey will be facing the fight of his young life.
His surgery is scheduled for Wednesday, July 3rd where the doctors will remove the tumor after which he will follow a treatment schedule of proton radiation 5 days a week for six weeks and 3 days of Chemotherapy every month for 4 months. The side effects of surgery and extremely strong chemotherapy will be significant and he is not expecting to resume what is considered normal life for over a year.
As some of you may have experienced, the financial burden of this disease includes the loss of wages for Joey’s mother, Denise, who will be his primary care taker, in addition to the significant healthcare expenses and the simple cost of living.
The family has been blessed with all of your prayers but now their greatest need turns to the financial support.
Please consider donating the Go Fund Me account set up in Joeys name. No amount is too small and helps to relieve a tremendous amount of stress to Joe and Denise allowing them to focus on helping Joey fight for his life.
Thank you in advance for your prayers, gifts and past donations.
