Hello, my name is Tiffany. My husband is Joey Enos. On September 23, 2025, Joey had a regrettable work accident. While completing a concrete job, he received 2nd and 3rd degree chemical burns to the top, sides, and back heels up about 6 inches.

Being that this was the first time working with concrete, he was simply unaware of the physical dangers that not wearing proper footwear could cause. Pushing past the initial pain, once the concrete flooded his shoes, he was focused on just getting the job done. Often, we tend to overlook our own health to complete a goal or task that is important to us. In this case, his job and income for his family. I would also add this was not work-related. Joey had a chance to earn some extra money and was told to wear shoes that could get really dirty. Joey even stopped to rinse his feet and was given a different pair of shoes to wear, so he continued finishing the job.

Unfortunately, this mistake cost him more than a lesson of pain and suffering that he has to endure. He is out of work for an extended period of time to heal and currently is unable to walk AT ALL! He spent several days in the hospital and finally came home on September 27th.

The pain combined with the stress of financial concerns is taking a toll on him. He is the main breadwinner for our family of 5, which includes myself and our 3 beautiful daughters. We are doing our best to keep our faith strong that he will heal miraculously.

Despite it being one of the hardest things to do to ask for help, we really need you now!! Please consider donating to our family to help us cover our basic needs, pay our monthly bills, and purchase medical supplies not covered by insurance. We have already drained our savings we set aside for an emergency and Christmas. That has been drained over the past week. He will be out of work for several months. Any donation would be considered a blessing and some relief for us at this time.

God bless you all for taking the time to help our family. We will never forget the generosity that you contribute in our time of need. Thank you so much for your kindness and goodwill, especially your prayers for his quick healing. It's been a week and he still cannot put much weight on his feet and will likely be bedridden for a month.

May the universe bless you back tenfold for your contribution.

Sincerely,

Tiffany, Joey, Maddy, Gabby, and Milly
