UPDATE: Joey found out this week that the Doctor will not let him go back to work for awhile.

They still need help as Jana is the only one working and medical bills and diabetes medication is piling up.

UPDATE! Jana Luna and Joey are still needing help! Even though he is home, he still can not work and doctors orders he can not drive. Lots of follow up appointments this week and next making it hard for jana to be able to work a full week. UPDATE: Joey was finally released after over a week in the hospital.

He was told that he would need to be out of work at least 2 more weeks as he is not able to drive at this time due to his blood sugars being so high for so long his vision is still blurry.

Hi, my name is Jaysa Morgan, and I am reaching out for help for my sister’s husband, Joey Luna.

On March 28th after feeling very bad for several months, Joey was unexpectedly diagnosed with Severe Diabetes completely turning their world upside down.

Now, Joey and Jana are facing the toughest battle of their life.

Joey has been in Vidant Hospital in Greenville for a week now and not sure when he can come home. He is currently unable to work, and the mounting medical bills for his treatments are becoming overwhelming.

Jana has not left his side at the hospital so she also has not been able to work.
