Dear friends & family,

I wanted to share an update regarding my brother, Joel Watson. Recently, he underwent 5-way heart bypass surgery, which was unexpected. He is now in recovery and doing well, but it will be a long road ahead for him. Due to the nature of his recovery, Joel will be out of work for an extended period, and the associated expenses are significant. Unfortunately, short-term disability doesn't cover everything needed for long-term care.

Joel and his wife Lisa are parents to 9 wonderful children, ranging in age from 2 to 18 years old. Their names, from oldest to youngest, are Merry, Hezekiah, David, Gideon, Bethesda, Rebekah, Solomon, Carolyn, and Jill. Lisa works part-time and homeschools the children.

Your prayers and any support you can offer during this challenging time would mean a lot to Joel, Lisa, and their family.
