Hello Friends and Family,

We are raising funds for Joelle Alandar and the Alandar family to help get them through the long road ahead for Joelle's recovery. Joelle was born with a heart condition called Bicuspid Aortic Valve. While it's always been manageable, this year's annual check-up found some alarming and scary results for our family. They discovered that Joelle has now developed an aortic aneurysm measuring 5.5cm in her aortic valve. She will require open heart surgery and an Aortic Aneurysm Resection. To say that she is scared and worried is an understatement.

Due to the severity of the procedure, Joelle will have a long recovery ahead of her, which will require her to be off of work for at least 3 months. Because Joelle is an independent stylist, she is unable to receive state disability, leaving the family in a financial struggle.

Anyone who knows Joelle knows how incredibly selfless, generous, and caring she is and that her family is her entire world. Her husband Brian, her children Blake, Luke, and Sadie, as well as the rest of our family, need all the prayers and support we can get right now. We pray that anyone who cares for the family and is able to, can help make a donation to cover the family's expenses during her recovery.
