Help Joel with Medical Expenses

Joel (in the middle) was in a motorcycle accident on June 5th. He was passing Extreme hotel when a car turned directly in front of him causing him to crash into the passenger side of the car. We are so thankful for the protection of his helmet! Another motorcycle (a man and a boy - both are fine) also crashed into the back of the car while trying to avoid the other collision.
Joel is a friend and recently a new member of the Vagamundo family. He is here in the DR raising money to support his family back home in Caracas, Venezuela. Unfortunately, Joel has completely broken both Radius and Ulna bones in his arm as well as a fracture to his pelvis. The night of the accident he was taken into an emergency surgery due to a ruptured Spleen as well as surgery on his Pelvis.
It it seems that surgery on his arm is
being postponed until they receive payments.
Please help Joel with these medical expenses. He's not able to afford these expenses on his own and really needs our help!
