HELP JOEL TO SAVE HIS LIFE AND PAY MEDICAL BILLS

My friend Joel Cruz,45 years old, a single father of two and brother of our good friend who came to the UK to accompany his mother to visit her sister in London.

On the 2nd week of his stay, he complained about extreme head ache and numbness/weakness in left side and lower extremities. He also had difficulty of breathing at that time. He was then rushed to St. Georges Hospital due to Hemorragic Stroke. He was immediately intubated and monitored. They found out that there was a clot in his brain which is impossible for the doctor to perform surgery. He is now on his 20th day in Neuro ICU and still intubated as he is still dependant on oxygen.Sadly,he's still on critical condition and needed to put tracheostomy to support his oxygen requirement to survive.

As a visitor in UK he doesn’t have NHS insurance or private health insurance to cover for the hospital bills/expenses.
