My name is Joel, and I’ve always tried to help others, even when I didn’t have much myself. Over time, that generosity has left me in a tough spot—I’m now thousands of dollars in debt, without a vehicle, and with no income to rely on. It’s been difficult to admit that I need help, but I know I can’t get through this alone.

Right now, my biggest concern is keeping my utilities on during the winter. The thought of losing heat and electricity is overwhelming, especially as the temperatures drop. On top of that, not having a vehicle has made it nearly impossible to look for work or get back on my feet. Every day feels like a struggle, but I’m determined to turn things around.
