Help Joel Be With His Loved Ones

Friday 17th August. Joel took himself and his new car to go see his mum that lives in Bribie island. Joel went to the pub with his mother. During that time Joel met a group of people that he went home with. Which isn’t unusual for Joel as he was such a social butterfly. Unfortunately something has taken place that we will never know back at this place Joel had gone to. Our friend was left out on a balcony for a period of 10 - 12 hrs unconscious. The ambulance was eventually called. Joel was taken to Caboolture hospital. Where he began the fight for his life. Sadly we were told Joel had a substance in his body. Not something our friend would do. Which is what they think caused this problem. Because of this sad outcome our friend Joel has substained server brain injury. Unfortunately there is nothing doctors can do. So Friday the 30th August the decision was made to remove all things assisting Joel and let him peacefully pass. Joel is still holding on just like we thought he would. It’s just the matter of time where Joel decides its time to let go.



This campaign was set up to support Joel’s father , Barry. As he is an elderly man on the pension and has no family. By doing this we can assist Barry on giving his son the send off he deserves.
