Help Joel Battle Stage 4 Liver Cancer

My dear brother Joel, wonderful uncle to Brandon and Jess, proud and caring friend, talented musician and artist, has recently been told the very shocking news that his ocular melanoma has now become stage 4 metastatic liver cancer.

This news has completely turned his and our world upside down in a matter of hours. But true to his resilient spirit, Joel is determined to fight this battle with courage and strength.

This diagnosis is not only physically and emotionally taxing, but also comes with significant financial burdens, due to the specialized care and treatments required to fight this. Starting this week he began to undergo infusions, one being a chemo drug, and he has already had radiation, as well as multiple procedures and surgeries. This isn't a curable disease, so this treatment and burden will be for as long as he lives.

We humbly ask for your support of Joel as he begins the next phase of this valiant fight. We are hopeful that our amazing community will come together to help defray some of these costs, so that he can focus on important things like fighting this disease, and quality time together with people he loves.
