My name is Shane Delong and I’m reaching out on behalf of my incredible brother-in-law, Joe Uliasz—a proud U.S. Army Veteran, a loving husband to my sister Jordanna, a devoted father, and a dedicated public servant for the state of Kentucky, where he works to ensure clean and safe water for the Commonwealth.

Recently, Joe received heartbreaking news: he has terminal pancreatic cancer. He is undergoing aggressive chemotherapy, and while he fights this battle with courage and grace, he is quickly running out of sick and vacation time. This has placed a tremendous emotional and financial burden on their family.

Joe has always been someone who gives—whether in uniform, in the office, or at home. Now, he needs our help.
