Joseph Pascucci, a young man filled with knowledge who expresses true resilience throughout his incredible journey.
Joe was in a horrific car accident last May, since then he has been recovering from terrible injuries and extensive surgeries. Joe had broken both of his arms, his left hand and wrist, sprained left ankle, several herniated spinal discs, broken right ankle and foot that was repaired by implanted screws, severely broken left femur that had to be fixed using an implanted rod, and his right leg was crushed on a scale of 29 out of 30 with 30 being the point of amputation.
He developed compartment syndrome from the crush trauma which resulted in him needing a double fasciotomy on his right leg. His life was saved by 2 separate blood transfusions. Unfortunately, he is left with nerve damage in his right leg and foot as well as many other minor issues that he would tell us all to never worry about! Joe is an extremely driven individual who has remained unbreakable throughout his journey.
As many can imagine Joes medical expenses have been astronomical, now reaching the point of exhausted insurance and out of pocket costs. As one of the best humans I personally have ever had the pleasure of meeting it’s my duty to express this young man’s powerful optimism throughout his journey.
Please help Joe get through these difficult times, don’t be mad when you see this!!! We love you!!!
