Help Joe Tate Rebuild After Devastating Fire

My cousin, Joe Tate, woke up this morning to find a fire on the boat that he lives on. An electrical cord caught fire; he unsuccessfully attempted to put it out, which caused burns on his hands, and he is currently in the hospital. He has lost everything: his home and all clothes and personal belongings.
