Help Joe Stefanilo Through His Cancer Journey

Hello family and friends. As you all know, Joe Stefanilo has been diagnosed with a rare and very aggressive bladder cancer which will result in him having a permanent urostomy after he has been cleared for surgery. This is scheduled to occur in June. He will be at MGH for a minimal of 5 days and further treatment is undetermined at this time. He was released from work a couple of weeks ago. He is receiving a very minimal check from short term disability, which he received today. Let's be honest here. We all know Joe and his stubborn attitude, but I have never seen him so humbled after knowing him for 15+ years. We did have a talk about a GoFundMe page after his coworker called me. He's finally accepting of it. He's a stubborn old Italian, but we all love him for that. All donations will go directly to him. Per his request, please don't post on social media.
