If you know Joe, you know he’s a joker who’d do anything for anyone at any time. He’s a full-time factory worker and a machine tooling student who has never had anything handed to him. On Tuesday, a split-second decision by another driver changed my brother’s life forever, putting his dreams and his independence at risk. After a traumatic motorcycle accident, he was airlifted to Vanderbilt, where he has been fighting ever since—already undergoing major surgery, and suffering from several other fractures (from head to toe) he is in an immense amount of pain. The road to rebuilding his life is going to be long. Life has given Joe more than his fair share of lemons, but we want to help him make it through this one.
We are raising funds to cover any medical expenses that insurance doesn’t and anything he will need to help adjust to life while recovering. (Along with the mounting bills that don’t stop just because he’s in a hospital bed.) Joe doesn't have a large safety net, so we are coming together to be that net for him. Please help us give this great guy the break he deserves so he can focus on healing and getting back to the life he’s worked so hard to build.
