Help Joe Puleio Rebuild After Health Setbacks

Hi, my name is Joe Puleio. I am 62 and from the South Shore region of Massachusetts. Three years ago, I suffered a major heart attack and had three stents installed. Currently, I am taking four medications. In addition, last year I fell tripping over a rock in the woods, severely injuring my rotator cuff. After all that, I lost my job as a van driver for disabled children. Medications, co-pays, and physical therapy have cost me thousands of dollars.

More than that, I’m getting behind in all my bills.

I’m facing the loss of my home.

My savings are gone. I don’t have a family that is able to help.

I need help in catching up with all my bills.

I’m uncomfortable asking for help. I haven’t done something like this before. I’m a worker. I’m a good American. I want to get on my feet and start contributing to society again.
