Help Joe Phelps Keep His Home

Hello Friends. As most of you know, back in 2005 my wife, Sara, had to be put in a long-term skilled nursing facility after years of battling a brain tumor and multiple strokes. I had no choice but to sell our home that we raised our children in and downsize to a trailer park near the facility Sara was moved to. Over the years I did my best to keep up with our financial obligations, but I fell behind on my property taxes unfortunately. I had set up a payment plan to get back on track, but I accidentally fell behind on one payment which resulted in the payment plan being terminated altogether. As time went by certain obstacles in my life took priority, with Sara's health and well-being always coming first. Regretfully, I put my own health last and I am now battling kidney disease and attend dialysis sessions several times a week. Since my property tax payment plan has been cancelled my only option is to now pay the full amount due by February 28th, 2017 or else I will lose my home and it will be sold at auction. I understand this is a very short amount of time to raise the money needed, but I never honestly thought it would come to this. After multiple attemps of requesting extensions, a new payment plan, or any sort of help from the state they have always responded with "No" as their answer. I am asking you all from the bottom of my heart to please help me keep a roof over my head. Many of you have already helped me and Sara over the years and for that we are eternally grateful, but unfortunately we need your help once again. It is really difficult for me to have to do this, but this is honestly our last resort and only chance at saving our home. Thank you all so much for your love and kindness.
