Hello, My name is Joe Ricks, and those that know me, asking for help is not something I do easily. I am experiencing a medical emergency while living here, that has exceeded my expenses. I have been diagnosed with Spinal Stenosis and am going to need to have an operation to alleviate the pressure on two points on my spine (see the X-Ray photo). I'm in tremendous pain and am unable to do much walking at all anymore. Any and all help would be truly appreciated as I'm trying to have the operation in mid-October of 2024, here in Chetumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
