Well, last fall I contracted Lyme disease while on one of my forays to the forest. Despite treatment it has severely altered my life leaving me unable to currently work. It has been a long painful ten months pushing myself trying to stay afloat and I physically cannot do it anymore and I am no longer employed.

We are fortunate to have somewhere safe to go so I can hopefully heal. However there are financial hurdles for us to get there. Including medical bills and medication for both of us, car repairs to make the journey, and fees for breaking my lease.

Meeting this goal would be life changing for me and my old dog. We just want to be safe and well. If you are able to help it would be so appreciated, if you are not able to help financially please consider sharing this fundraiser.
