Hi this is Beth Lavoie, daughter of Joe Lavoie. As most of you know, my dad lost his wife earlier this year after a long battle with cancer. He was devastated by her passing and now faces another hurdle. Two weeks ago, my dad was involved in a hit-and-run accident. He is physically okay, but his vehicle is not. The damage to the frame was so bad that they had to total the car. Due to my dad‘s disability, he has to have hand controls in order to drive so he can’t drive just any car. Because the other car took off, my dad cannot get any help from insurance and has to pay the cost himself, on top of still dealing with the loss of his wife. Please help lighten the load for my dad as he is still going through a terrible time.
