On February 12th, our dear friend and mentor Joe Green suffered a sudden and unexpected heart attack. It was a terrifying moment for him and everyone who loves him. Just two days later, on February 14th, Joe underwent an emergency quintuple bypass surgery. Thanks to an incredible medical team, the surgery was successful and he is now recovering well. We are beyond grateful that he is still with us, but the road to healing will take time, patience, and support.

Anyone who knows Joe knows his heart has always been dedicated to helping others. He is constantly of service in so many ways — always the first to show up, offer support, lend a hand, or provide encouragement. Joe is a true pillar of the recovery community, giving his time, strength, and compassion to those who need it most. Now, he needs us.

During his recovery, Joe will be unable to work for the foreseeable future.
