Help Joe “Gooch” Leporati and Ingrid Adolphson

At this time, I respectfully ask you for donations to help Joe’s wife Ingrid, as she is left with massive medical bills and is now a single parent with double the financial responsibilities. Please keep Ingrid, Alex, and Anneka in your prayers as they all have to adapt to life without their beloved Husband and father.

My name is Chris and I’m doing a fund raiser for a friend, who has suddenly fell ill and has found himself in a major financial hardship due to medical bills.

This Fund Raiser is for Joe “ Gooch Leoporati”. A few weeks ago Gooch was involved in a motor vehicle crash due to a seizure and was transported to the hospital. After a CT scan to his head, it was revealed that Gooch had a brain tumor, which needed to be removed ASAP. After they removed the tumor, a plan of attack was set in place which will include Chemotherapy and Radiation. While at home recovering, Gooch experienced a Mini Stroke, which again he was hospitalized. During this 3 week time frame Gooch has incurred over $500k in medical bills and this figure will continue to rise.

For those who had the opportunity to meet and become friends with Gooch knows he would help anyone in need, NO Questions Asked! Gooch is known for his generosity with donating to charities and volunteering his time at different charity events. He is the type of guy when you first meet him he will buy you a beer or two and provide some funny conversation.

Gooch is married with 2 children and runs a business with his lovely wife. Owning a business has its downfalls such as having good affordable medical insurance for him and his family. I ask please help this family out. Thank you in advance.
