Hello this is Joseph Carroll j.r and this is my father Joseph Carroll s.r. My father had a second stroke in may and it has crippled him. He no longer has full function of his left leg and has to be in a wheelchair, which has stopped his ability to work. I have been out from work taking care of him since his stroke and haven’t been able to earn money to help pay rent, and he gets little to no money from disability insurance. It would be a huge help if anyone could help it’s been a real struggle.
