Help Joe with Urgent Medical Care and Getting Back Home

I am asking for your help! I don’t like asking for help, but I don't know what else to do.

I am trying to help Joe get home as soon as possible, and hopefully without him having to worry and stress about how he will get home sooner. I really need him to concentrate on his health right now and just trying to keep himself resting as much as possible until he can make it home to seek immediate medical attention.

Not many people realize the medical conditions that Joe has been challenged with over the past several years and he often stays silent about his fight. And he's probably going to be a little upset with me for sharing this, but my main concern right now is just getting him seen and home to the US.

Joe is currently in a foreign country for which was supposed to be a visit with a friend but has instead turned into a medical battle. There are a lot of different symptoms and concerns that he contends with every day, and they have really started to flare up since he has been on his trip and he has become ill. We were able to book him an unexpected flight home for an earlier date, but unfortunately the airline is refusing to let him board and he is stuck there until he is seen by a Dr and cleared. There are so many unexpected situations and extras popping up right now, when all we are trying to do is find him a way home sooner. I feel helpless in every way; I have to try to do something.
