Help Joe fighting stage 4 Cancer

My friends Joe and Cindy found out a few weeks ago that Joe is in the battle for his life and needs all your prayers and support. He was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer, which has spread to his bones and lymph nodes. The doctors want to treat him with Radiation and Chemo 5 days a week for 5 weeks to help shrink his cancer. The doctors told his wife Cindy to take a leave of absence from work to be by his side and help care for him. Cancer treatment is very costly, and she won't have an income during the 5 weeks of treatment. She has been the main source of income for the family, since 1984. Her husband had a baseball sized benign brain tumor removed, which left him with partial paralysis. He was 21 years of age. They had only been married 5 months. Also, we aren't sure if more treatment is needed after the first 5 weeks of treatment are completed. Please help this family!!! They are wonderful people.
