I am reaching out during an unimaginably difficult period in my life. After courageously living with an inoperable and incurable brain cancer diagnosis for about 14 years, during which I have undergone two craniotomies, my world was shaken yet again by the recent news of advanced prostate cancer. The emotional and physical toll has been overwhelming, but the financial burden is also more than I can bear alone.

Treatment for both conditions is ongoing and relentless. While my brain cancer cannot be removed or cured, there are ongoing therapies, medications, and supportive care required to maintain quality of life and manage symptoms. The advanced prostate cancer diagnosis means additional doctor visits, tests, treatments, and new medications, all adding to mounting out-of-pocket expenses.

Beyond medical costs, expenses include transportation to and from specialist appointments, home care needs, and the loss of income as work becomes impossible. Insurance only covers a portion of these needs, leaving me with bills that continue to grow each month. I am also facing the costs of relocating to another state, which involves getting my current home ready for sale.

I am asking for your help. Every donation, no matter the size, will ease my burden and allow me to focus on what matters most: fighting these diseases and cherishing precious time together.
