Help Joe Curran fight cancer

So I am starting this go fund me page for my brother Joe Curran.  He has been diagnosed with a rare lung cancer called a Pan Coast tumor and has cancer in his adrenal gland.  He is fighting hard having already had one surgery, radiation and chemo.  He is is having his big lung surgery on May 18 in Boston.  

He really is the kindest person who always does so much for others but never asks for anything in return.  He has been on leave from work for months now so I just want to help him with some bills while he fights this disease.  I know he will be embarrassed that I am doing this but sometimes it takes a village!  Thank you so much
