Help Willow Heal After Major Dental Surgery
Willow has already survived the impossible. She lived on the streets of Philadelphia, found near death and clinging to life. Infection had ravaged both her eyes, and she underwent a double enucleation (both eyes removed) just to survive.
But Willow didn’t give up. And neither did Joe.
After her surgery, she was adopted by Joe, a longtime cat dad and blind cat advocate who gave her the safe, loving home she never had. Despite everything she'd endured, Willow blossomed into a brave, curious girl who navigates her world with her head held high and a soft purr that says, “I’m home now.”
Then came another blow. Severe dental disease had silently taken over her mouth, making it painful to eat, groom, or even yawn. The only way to give her relief was a major dental surgery to remove 20 diseased teeth. The cost was $2,510.00, and it had to happen immediately.
Joe lives on a fixed income, and he didn’t hesitate. He paid out of pocket to stop her pain—but it came at a cost to his own emergency savings. He did it because Willow deserved to feel safe, loved, and pain-free.
Now we’re asking for help. Not just to cover a vet bill, but to honor the fight Willow has already won, and to make sure her new beginning stays full of comfort, not hardship.
A copy of the veterinary invoice is provided. Willow also has a post-op checkup scheduled to ensure her healing is on track and she's recovering comfortably.
She’s come too far to struggle now.
Every donation, no matter the size, helps ease the burden and continue the healing.
Thank you for helping us give Willow the life she fought so hard to find.
