Hello everyone-

I’ve dealt with some pretty irritating GI issues for years now and I was finally able to get some proper treatment and relief recently in the form of a Cholecystectomy, or gallbladder removal. This is the first step of a few planned treatments/procedures that I’ve got head of me.

Unfortunately, pathology and anesthesia were not covered under my current insurance plan, and I’m stuck with some unexpected out of pocket costs.  

To further complicate things, I’ve also been unemployed since February and whileI am receiving unemployment benefits, a vast majority of what is coming in is going straight towards rent.

Thankfully, I’ve been able to procure good insurance moving forward and the majority of my costs are going to be covered but I’m in a tough spot trying to play catch up at the moment.

I know times are tough for everyone and I know that my situation is no where nearas dire as a lot of others but I’m definitely in need of some assistance.

All money raised goes straight to pay off my outstanding medical bills so that I don’t have to choose between paying those or my rent. The $1,500 covers all outstanding costs and would prevent me from digging a deeper financial hole!
